Frequently asked
Do you only install Aux units, or supply them too?
We do both. We supply the Aux unit and install it with our own team, rather than only fitting something you bought somewhere else.
How does Aux compare to the other brands you install?
It really comes down to your budget, the size of the space and the system that fits it. We don't push one brand over another for the sake of it. We take a look at the site first, then tell you what makes sense.
Who provides the warranty on an Aux unit?
The unit's warranty follows the manufacturer's terms. TTC guarantees the installation work we carry out, and we confirm the warranty details with you before you decide.
Do you service Aux units even if you didn't install them?
Yes, we service units even if we didn't install them, once we've taken a look at the setup.
