Why service your AC every year

How often should an AC be serviced in Amman?
Clean the filters every 2 to 4 weeks during heavy use, and book a professional service at least once a year, ideally in spring before the summer peak. Central AC and VRF systems benefit from a service once or twice a year.
What does an AC service include?
Filter and coil cleaning, a drain check and flush, a refrigerant and pressure check, an electrical check and error-code diagnosis. On ducted and central systems we also check the indoor unit, drain pan and airflow at the grilles.
Annual maintenance contracts
TTC offers annual maintenance contracts for homes, shops, offices and commercial buildings. A contract covers a set number of scheduled visits per year for all units on it, priority response for breakdowns, and a service report after each visit.

Yes, once we've checked the setup. Send us the brand, model and any error code on WhatsApp and we'll tell you what the visit involves.

Do you do AC maintenance and repair in Amman?
Yes. We service and repair split units, ducted units, central AC and VRF systems: cleaning, gas leak detection and repair, drain problems, error codes and electrical faults.
Does my split AC need gas every year?
No. A correctly installed split is a sealed system. If it needs gas, there is a leak that should be found and fixed.
Why is my AC leaking water indoors?
Usually a blocked or badly sloped drain, a dirty filter or a frozen coil. Switch it off and contact us; regular servicing prevents most leaks.
Do you offer maintenance contracts for businesses?
Yes. TTC offers annual maintenance contracts for homes, shops, offices and commercial buildings.
Do you maintain VRF systems?
Yes: filter and coil cleaning, drain checks, gas and pressure checks and error-code diagnosis. For non-LG systems, send us the model and error code on WhatsApp first.
